Well-designed, spacious and modern, this Atlas Adventure boasts features which would suit a family looking to enjoy regular holidays on Hillside View at the Flower of May in comfort and luxury. Tailored to suit a family, you can be sure of double glazing, central heating, and decking with skirting included in this holiday home.
The lounge has a grey, L-shaped, fabric sofa, with striking yellow trim, with a pull out bed to extend the sleeping capacity should you want to. The sofa is positioned perfectly in front of the long, low, TV stand with cube footrests/additional seating in the matching yellow colour from the sofa trim.
Patio doors lead out on to the decking which is included in the price of the Adventure, so you can get outside in the summer months and enjoy your own private deck area with stunning views over the new development and Yorkshire Wolds.
Set between the lounge area and modern kitchen is a free-standing dining table with four wooden chairs, which is a great space to sit down together and eat at mealtimes, something which all families find tricky with busy day-to-day lives at home.
Moving through to the kitchen there is a contrast between the cupboards below the worktop, in a wood effect and the duck-egg blue cupboard fronts above the worktop which give it a modern feel. There is a 5-hob gas burner above an oven, a wine cooler and rack, plus an integrated fridge-freezer and microwave too.
The master bedroom has access to the family bathroom via a connecting door in the bedroom, while also having a spacious double wardrobe with mirrored front. From here you can step into the bathroom which has shower over bath, a cupboard mounted wash basin with mirror fronted cabinet above, plus a dual flush WC.
As we move to the back of the holiday home, that’s where this Adventure has really adventured into something new and unique. Instead of the usual twin room, there is a bunk-bed room with a larger bed to the bottom than the top, which can provide a great space for kids! A tall, double wardrobe here is accompanied by cube storage and a bedside table with drawer.
Next door, you will find a multi-purpose room that will suit whatever your family want it to be. It can act as an additional sleeping space thanks to the comfy chair that folds out into a single bed. It can be a snug area to chill out and watch TV (wall-mounted TV with aerial socket provided) on the beanbag or it can be a kids playroom where they can play to their hearts content and chalk on the chalkboard!
Combine all these features in the holiday home with the stunning location close to Scarborough, the idyllic setting on the private, brand-new development at Hillside View and the use of the 5-star on-park facilities at the Flower of May and you can see why this would be a popular choice for private owners.
